At Developing Young Minds, learning goes beyond worksheets and desks. From messy art activities and hands-on projects to meaningful discussions and child-led exploration, we create learning experiences that dive students into deep understanding while nurturing their natural curiosity.


We are currently seeking a passionate Co-Teacher who believes in alternative education and thrives in a mixed-age learning environment. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, nurturing, and excited to help children learn through exploration, creativity, and real-world experiences.

🍎 CO-TEACHER POSITION

We are looking for someone who:

  • Believes in child-led and alternative education
  • Enjoys working in a mixed-age classroom environment
  • Can create engaging lesson plans and meaningful class discussions
  • Encourages creativity, curiosity, and independence
  • Brings a positive, supportive, and professional attitude
  • Values hands-on learning and project-based experiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting
  • Background in education, child development, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and reliable
  • Passion for alternative and child-centered education
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus
